LINK Educational Alliance
LINK Mentorship Premium Program (LMPP) is a three-month training program for some of today’s most sought-after professions, and concrete job positions from different areas of online content creation.
The right candidate for the right job
Participants in this project learn and adopt practical knowledge through work on concrete projects, as if they were employees of the company which commissioned the project. In this way, they are prepared to work and earn excellent wages as freelance professionals; they also get the opportunity of employment at one of the participant companies, during the training itself. The skills and certificates they will gain at the LINK Mentorship Premium Program also constitute a unique chance for employment outside of the project itself, since the market is after more and more content creators, while the candidates who really know how to do it successfully are in short supply.
On the other hand, participation in this program provides the companies with an opportunity to get the right candidates for their open positions, as well as to educate, train and shape their future employees through the LINK Mentorship Premium Program, so that they fit the concrete position and the range of tasks they will be performing.
Companies continually monitor the candidates’ progress and, before the program is through, they can ascertain whether the candidate suits them, while the candidates can see whether the chosen calling and company suits them through concrete projects.
What does the program involve?
The students are tested both at the beginning and at the end of the program. During the program, they work on internal projects, or concrete projects by companies that are looking for candidates for a position.
Also, at the Mentorship Premium Program they will adopt, develop and perfect their transversal skills through the education set called Mentorship Support Program, customized for the job candidates’ concrete needs.
During the LINK Mentorship Premium Program, the students receive several certificates, the most important among which certainly being the final one ‒ the LMPP, which they receive only if and when they pass the test and prove that they can independently perform tasks at the level of junior position for which they have been trained. This certificate is a qualification important to future employers and serves as proof that the candidates can successfully perform the job for which they have been trained.
