More than 5000 people attended the first LINK2job fair

We are proud to announce that the first LINK2job fair was visited by many people who were able to acquire important contacts which is sure to improve their job prospects. The LINK2job fair organised by LINK group's Center for Career Development, or the CCD was visited by 5000 job seekers who were able to interact with employers and receive advice from employment experts.

A couple thousand people received a free online English course

In an effort to provide fair goers with as many benefits as possible we have awarded free English language courses to people, the luckiest of which swept up a programming, design or business skills course.

Successful companies at the fair

Fair goers were able to find all of their desired employers in one place and introduce themselves to them, submit their CVs and schedule job interviews. They were also able to see to what extent their professions were in demand and what the job market offers.

Some of the successful companies that were looking to find potential employees at the fair include Mercator, Comtrade, Ernst & Young, Zepter, Delhaize Serbia, Trizma, Industrial equipment, Infostud, as well as educational institutions like the ITAcademy and the BusinessAcademy, in addition to many others offering a large number of available positions. The LINK2job fair was supported by the city of Belgrade, the National Employment Agency and Dragomir Petronijević, City Council member and President of the Employment Committee.

Advice from successful employment professionals at the fair

What sets this fair apart from others are the numerous lectures and workshops aimed at assisting job seekers to make themselves stand out on the job market. How important is motivation in finding a job, how a good CV can land you an interview, why it is important to abide by the code of conduct in professional settings, how to leave a good impression with an employer are just some of the interesting topics covered in the workshops.

We made sure that CV photos didn’t stand in the way of anyone’s job application by offering visitors to have their CV photo taken by our professional photography and design team.
Job Box, Social Network Corner and Laptop Corner, free lectures on how to ace a job interview, how to find employment over Linkedin, how to start a successful freelance career and earn a living from home are just some of the things we prepared for fair goers.
