The gap between employers’ needs and the possibilities of young IT experts is caused by the lack of opportunities for beginners to work on real projects during their education process.This is the main reason why we have launched Programming Factory, a program that provides our students with the possibility to work on real programming projects and collaborate with experienced programmers in ordrer to acquire unique skills and a vast experience immediately after completing their education.
