The twelfth large regional employment fair LINK2job was held on May 12, from 10 am to 6 pm at the "Metropol Palace" hotel, organized by the Center for Career Development with the support of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs, the City of Belgrade and the National Employment Service.

At the spring fair, the visitors had the opportunity to apply for over 250 vacancies at some of the most successful regional companies, including Manpower, PipeTech, MG Group HR Services, Streit Nova, Founder SBA d.o.o., Confida Consulting, Wiener Stadtische, Joorney, as well as educational institutions ITAcademy, BusinessAcademy, Savremena Gimnazija, Primary School Savremena and many others.

Siniša Knežević, deputy director of the Belgrade branch of NES, and representatives of LINKgroup officially opened this year's fair, welcomed all the visitors and companies and wished them good luck.

Both the visitors and companies were satisfied

In addition to having the opportunity to enjoy this day, the visitors also received valuable gifts, such as a free online English language course and an online ECDL module. Visitors to the LINK2job employment fair could apply, and as a gift, they received a free online course of their choice.

Numerous companies presented their business culture to the candidates and brought their business closer to them. Thus, Anja Vujović, on behalf of the company Joorney LLC, held a lecture called Business Plan: the Path to Success, presented interesting ideas and gave advice to all those who want to become successful in the private or corporate world.

Milan Budimkić, head of SEO at LINKgroup, gave a lecture called The Impact of ChatGPT on Job Market and Future Careers. He talked about ChatGPT's impact on employment and how this tool can help. The lecture was highly interactive, and the visitors got answers to all their questions.

Between lectures, all those interested could attend the event ISPIT JOB Speed Dating and use their five minutes to introduce themselves to potential employers.

This spring as well, thanks to a lot of useful lectures and workshops, visitors to this fair had the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge about planning and career development, as well as about building self-confidence and desirable business skills. Thanks to the Design Studio at ITAcademy, all those interested could get a professional photo for their CV.

The spring employment fair LINK2job met the expectations of both employers and candidates, which is why everyone agrees that such gatherings are of great importance for finding talented candidates and well-paid jobs.
